13 September to 27 September 2021: Registration (definitive)

At this stage, you will be invited to make your wishes concerning, among other things:
· Options: participation (or not) in the Sightseeing Stay and the Family Hosting program (detailed Accommodation Form sent separately),
· Conference positions: language of communication, committees and delegations (countries, institutions...) for the delegates.

27 September to 4 October 2021: Allocation of delegations (countries, institutions, etc.) to committees and students to families

At this stage, the following will be requested:
· Answers to the questionnaires (including those regarding accommodation, visits and activities for participants registered for the Sightseeing Stay).

4 October 2021: Final confirmation of the allocations of registered participants (conference and families)

5 October 2021: Publication of Committee Chairs' reports

100% refundable in case of governmental restrictions due to the COVID-19 at the time of the conference.

22 October 2021: Handing in of Position Papers (PPs) by all delegates (for review and publication on 29 October 2021)
At this stage, the following will be requested for the conference:
· Applications from delegates wishing to deliver their delegation's Position Speech (PS) in their committee = Ambassadors.
Are also required:
· The necessary personal information of all participants
· Travel information (including arrival/departure times from Clermont-Ferrand)
· Potential orders for conference by-products

29 October 2021: Appointment of Ambassadors delivering their delegation's Position Speech (PS) in their committee
